Chat mended

We have cast a mend on the chat. When that did not work, we rebuild the chat. The new chat works without a java applet. Channels and IRC servers were added. A small list of where to go will give you a start. The chat will also work now behind firewalls and proxies. The Picture Gallery had some problems too and they have been solved.

Design update

Cerbain recently had a subtle re-design. Pages look more pulled together and friendlier now that the black lines around the blocks have been replaced by green. Also logo’s for the different article subjects were polished.
